A: FLOE dock steps use a proprietary keyhole bracket system designed specifically for FLOE dock frames — they are not a universal fit for other dock brands. Installation is tool-free on any FLOE dock style. Note that a separate attachment kit is required depending on your dock type (QA Roll-In, QA Sectional, Standard Roll-In, or Standard Sectional).
